Real classy, the middleweight champion calling out welterweights. In no way is Pacquiao obligated to face Sergio Martinez, and neither is Floyd. Let's say he did beat Martinez, would people want him to fight Andre Ward or Carl Froch next?

Too bad, because I thought Martinez is a hell of a fighter but what happening to him of challenging the smaller guys esp. Pac who couldn't even come up to JMW? If Martines is toughed enough, he should fight others in his own weight class, or northwards in the likes of Lucian Bute or Andre Ward!

Following your line of thinking, sir... then, only heavyweights can qualify as P4P champs. They can easily fight and beat lower class weight fighters down to 106. However, the lighter weights can't win against them...

I was under the impression that it meant ranking fighters regardless of weight class.
