Some people are just dumb as hell. What makes you think Floyd will fight Martinez? The best fighter that Floyd fought in the last decade was an almost 39-year old Mosley. Who gave Floyd the most trouble in the past decade aside from Castillo? Corley had Floyd almost out on his feet at 140, and Corley was not even in the Top 15 at 140 that time. Zab Judah had Floyd knocked down at 147 after Judah was beaten by Baldomir.
What do Corley and Judah have in common? Both are southpaws, like Pacquiao and Martinez, and the guys who defeated Floyd in the amateurs and in the Olympics.
And what did Floyd Sr. have to say about Floyd fighting Martinez in an "On the Ropes Boxing Radio" interview? "Let's see, ah, uhmm, isn't he a southpaw...? Ahh, uhmmmm,...."
So, now, Mayweather is fighting Martinez? LOL! I'll cut my testicles if that happens.
On second thought, he's over 35, Marquez-37, Mosley-39. So maybe that's why some people think Floyd's gonna fight Martinez.
And then, again, Martinez is a speedy southpaw with power, like Pacquiao, and he is a lot bigger than Floyd.

Boxing Media should ignore Mayweather,JR.?
After all Manny "Pac-man" Pacquiao is the best fighter of his era and possibly the greatest boxer ever. A fighter like Manny only can be defeated by himself. He has been a champion in 8 weight divisions. In fact he is the 140 pounds IBO Champion, 147 pounds WBO World champion and 154 pounds WBC World champion. A former 108 pounds champion himself (10 years ago) he have already deafeated the best welterweights of his era. In his personal life he is a congressman.
On the other side, you have Floyd Mayweather, JR. a person that cannot control his personal life. He affirms that he is rich and continously claims to be the greatest fighter or boxer ever. I think Mayweather is undeafeated because of avoiding dangerous oponents when they were in their prime time.

Finally, a smart Floydiot. Zab Judah was knocked out by Kostya Tzyu, beaten by Carlos Baldomir and Cory Spinks, before he fought Floyd. So that makes him an elite and in his prime welterweight. Since Judah was elite, that makes Baldomir, who beat him by unanimous decision, elite.
