Marquez performance above 135 lbs is not convincing as he hasn't register any win in the jr welterweight and welterweight Division;

if the Agreed catch weight is 147 then its a weight limit, its up to the boxer if he weights lower than the catch weight. the important here is that, either manny or jmm should not weight more than the catch weight at 147. its up to the boxer to take a risk to weight lower than 147.
