JMM never asked for 50/50 and OSDT. Arum asked GBP what would it take to make a fight with JMM and that's what they told Arum. Arum really had no interest in making the fight because he said he would not make a fight with JMM if he lost to Floyd.

GBP wanted to make the Floyd fight because they would be make more money with a Floyd fight than JMM. Arum never wanted to make a fight with JMM because he wants to keep the money in house.
