Yeah, Cause Pac is not ****** to fight a champion at 155-160 div. Pac is not even a full blown welterweight, he only weighed 144.5 last fight. He only 5"6 guy with a small body frame compare to other guys even at welterweight.

Floyd declared himself that he is on vacation and he don't wanna think about boxing right now. He's busy fighting women, and security guard outside the ring right now for free. LOL

Tell Floyd to come out and fight. Great fighters like Ali, Robinson, Duran and other ATG doesnt need random blood testing to have a courage to face the best fighters in their era.

Floyd won his 40+ fights without blood testing so wth he needs it if he's not afraid of Pacman's ability as a fighter & think that he is just an easy work for him? Did his uncle, father and his nephew ever ask or implement random blood testing to their own fighters? the answer is no, cause they know that's only a BS alibi to get out of a fight.

Regarding fighting Berto. Most fight fans watch boxing to be entertain, and I think Pac vs. Berto will be an exciting fight cause they both fast & love to throw punches.

I don't think Pacquioa vs Berto will ever happen. He's too big of a risk for less money than they would get if he was to fight Marquez or Mosley.
