considering that pac is way too small (martinez himself has said this on multiple occasions), can martinez really become p4p #1 just by beating wifebeater?

I think if martinez does beat wifebeater, he does get credit because he's done something no one officially (some believe wifebeater lost to castillo) has done. however, wifebeater (who weighs around 160 lbs on fight night) will be the smaller man against martinez (who weight around 168 lbs on fight night), therefore I'm not sure I can put him automaticallly at p4p #1 just by beating wifebeater.

I think for martinez to overtake pac as p4p #1, he'll have to beat wifebeater, clean out 154 lbs (fight cotto, kirkland, angulo), clean out 160 lbs (at least fight sturm and pirog), and beat bute and the super six winner at 168 lbs.

if he does all that, I can definitely put him above pac.
The only fight that matter for either Pac or Floyd is eachother..... All this hate you feel for your daddy, should be directed to manny to just take the damn test. Then, MAYBE you'll get that red ranger BB gun you've always wanted for christmas..... (You'll shoot your eye out!)

idk why people consider Martinez the favorit to beat some 168 pounders.

          Hes a small middleweight anyway.

Pacquaio wants none of Hopkins at 170.

              i would feel better about a PAC-Hopkins fight at 170 over a PAC-Sergio fight at 154

Those are showtime fighters, aren't they? He can't because his promoter is loyal to HBO.

Sure, why not? Abunch of people have funnyMoney as the #1 p4p guy so if Martinez drops weight to beat him.....why would he not be p4p #1? He beats both Pac and Mayweather anyways so......

why even discuss this? Floyd would NEVER sign that contract.
