Carl Froch constantly shows poor sportsmanship

I'm not equating the two, just demonstrating that Froch was no saint against Dirrell either.

Dirrell also slipped many times against Froch and Carl never once came close to hitting him while he was down.

Abraham jumped all over the chance. After all it would have been a TKO win for him if it were typical German/Sauerland rules.

I think we can all agree that Carl aint no angel in the ring, i think people are just pissed off that Tunney is trying to paint AA as someone who's above the rough stuff, when the evidence is there to say otherwise.

Well if we are going to bring family members into this, then it is very classy of Froch's wife to make her money by taking off her clothes and call people midgets.

After all the dirty crap Miranda pulled on Abraham in their first fight and the **** he talked all until their second encounter, I wanted to kick him too. Not defending anything his brother did, but I can understand his anger.



Nobody here is obviously going to reach any consensus, as we are on the opposite spectrum of whom we are supporting. Let's just hope for a clean fight on Saturday, and I won't hold any grudges against Froch if he wins.

Agree with all of this, but still rooting for him. I just dont really know Abraham that well. Maybe Arthur will do something awesome Saturday and make me a fan.

The crooked ref didn't count Abraham's clearly knocking down Dirrell, but he counted Abraham's slip as a Dirrell knockdown. No doubt Arthur was feeling a bit frustrated by Cole.

You're just making a fool of yourself. Besides which, there were THREE knockdowns in the fight.. the ref didn't count a second against the Abrahammer, either.

Froch = a comedian. Maybe you just lack the skills to appreciate the subtlety of it?

Yeah, I don't like that he goes around shouting that he won the Kessler fight and that he was robbed, and so anybody who knows him down the pub or any casual fan will listen to that, when if somebody watches the fight they will see that Kessler won 7-5.

However, now that Kessler has dissapeared, Froch has just amped up his shouting about a robbery, easy when the former opponent is out of the picture.

Carl, IF the fight had been in Nottingham, it MAY have been scored for you, but it would not have been fair.

It's okay to trash talk in the James Toney way, because it's funny and not really meant to degrade or hurt an opponent. But Froch goes well past what I would call "normal" trash talk.

After the Kessler fight, which I thought he clearly lost 7 rounds to 5 because he simply didn't DO enough, he whined and bitched because he felt he was robbed. He's still crying about it, in the buildup to the coming fight with Abraham. Carl should have been a good sport and given Mikkel the credit for being the better man that night.

He used to whine about Calzaghe not fighting him, but that time he hadn't accomplished enough to be a worthy opponent for the Pride of Wales.

Now he's calling Abraham a "dirty" fighter, but I've never seen Arthur resort to a lot of dirty tactics, while Froch himself likes to rabbit punch and use his elbows.

I'm hoping Abraham knocks him out - it's what he deserves for all his false pride. Carl is a tough but somewhat limited boxer lacking in real athleticism and talent.

Rubbish post, froch won the kessler fight. Every press row scored it to froch, the american pundits scored it to froch, the primetime pundits scored it to froch, and all the internation press scored it to froch..

Plus froch was inujured with **** preperation...
