I reckon the reason he's not been too good since that fight is because he carried on fighting for another 10 rounds after that knockdown.

I think it did irreparable damage to him.

He should of just stayed down and lived to fight another day!

Mind you that's easy to say in hindsight...

could be everybody talks about vargas getting a beating it his fights with Tito and DLH but that may have happened to Mosley as well you are right.

Yeah it's a shame coz' Mosley was an excellent fighter...

That night Mosley beat Oscar De La Hoya (in their 1st fight), was one of the greatest performances I've seen in a boxing ring.

Mosley was more than physically beaten that night....he had his aura of invincibilty ripped from him. I know, I certainly didn't expect to see him lose when he did...& not that badly.

By both fighters , I really don't think Mosley won either fight with DLH. Just my opinion though.

I thought he lost the 2nd fight by 2 rounds.

I don't think I was into scoring back then but I just know I never thought DLH really lost until he won against Sturm and of course his loss to B-Hop , just my opinion though.
