Pacman doesn't need Floyd. He's already accomplished more than Floyd has. Floyd should be the one begging Pacquiao for this fight. Pacman can retire happily, he's done it all.
Pacquiao: "If Floyd doesn't accept the fight by January, I will retire"

I don't understand why Floyd thinks he's bigger than the sport of boxing. Who is he to tell other fighters what to do? When it comes to boxing, he's just another fighter, who people pay to see. He needs to man up and face Pacquiao. Let the commision handle everything else.Comment

News – Pacquiao agrees to drug tests for Mayweather bout
May 23rd, 2010
By Peter Wells: The news we’ve all been waiting for is finally here, as Manny Pacquiao has agreed to drug tests for a bout with Floyd Mayweather Jr. Earlier this year the mega fight was canceled due to Pacquiao refusing to take the tests that Mayweather wanted of him. But after both fighters have fought and won since, Pacquiao is willing to take the tests. He will take the blood tests 14 days before the fight, but has some requests of his own. Though is willing to give blood as close as 2 days before the fight.
Pacquiao said that, “I have agreed to it, but they should not draw much blood. They should only take what is necessary for the drug test”. Pacquiao added, “He will no longer have a reason (to not fight), let’s see if that is really the reason.”
It is now down to Mayweather to agree and hopefully everything else will go smoothly, if not then Pacquiao is likely to end his career against Antonio Margarito. After Mayweather fought Shane Mosley it is highly doubtful he will duck Manny, and for boxing fans sake, make it happen. The fight is expected to be in November and Manny has suggested it’ll be his final fight. If it is then a win would secure him a legend, while Mayweather insists he wants to clear out the Welterweight division before he retires.Comment

With all of Floyd's legal issues outside of the ring, they should know damn well he is not in a position to agree to a fight other than the court battles in front of him. Clever move Manny.Comment

actually it's NOT the other way around, he had it right the first time he said it. people will always wonder why Manny didn't accept the deal when Floyd unwillingly budged from 0 days to 14 days and offered 50-50 money, agreed to all of Pacquiao's demands which was glove size, weight class, ring size etc. and even accepted a ridiculously high amount of a 10,000,000 dollar penalty for each pound Floyd may weigh in at 147, he had literally EVERYTHING he asked for but Floyd asked for only 1 demand and Pacquiao let all of it go because he didn't want to take extensive blood test
people will always wonder why Floyd PUBLICLY said that the 14 day cutoff will be removed from the table and he will want more money making future negotiations THAT much harder and Manny still said no. he waited to a period in time AFTER the deal was already 100% off the table to turn around and accept it. Floyd agreed to all of Pacquiao's demands which tally up to more than 5 and Manny couldn't agree to Floyd's testing demand, a demand in which Floyd is subjected to the very same tests would be subjected to at the very same time therefore also causing Floyd whatever damage or weakness Pacquiao claims it can cause him. it would be 100% fair, there will be no room for questioning in no way shape or how as to who was the better guy between them
Time and time again Manny said no while Floyd has said each and every time if Manny REALLY wants the fight all he has to do is take the tests and the fight is signed but he isn't willing to do that, who's more questionable there? Manny is literally letting a 50 million + dollar opportunity go down the drain all because of blood testing my dude, you don't see the problem with that?..Comment
