You are forgetting the tax part and the cut he has to pay to GoldenBoy Promotions, he is in the top tax bracket as well. So everything you hear he makes, cut that by about 50%, at least, that's how much he is getting back net. Since he is also a dumb@ss and can't even hire someone competent to do his taxes, also add all the penalties and interest the IRS will charge him for paying his taxes late. In the end, you are looking at around 30% that will get back to him from any purse.
