If all Pac has to do is agree to the tests up to the fight, then why not agree and make this fight happen for the fans? On the flip side, Floyd allowed a 14 day cut off the first time but wont agree to 7 days the second time. Both fighters have the power to make it happen.

whats the problem? he said he dont do it with his own fighters but jeff is on record saying that manny should take the test if nothing to hide. and that he feels floyd would beat him. he didnt expose anything. you floyd haters need to get a life and follow boxers you love and not ones you hate

Dude, you seem to be a reasonable guy. Pac did say several times in the Philippine media that he is amenable to a no cut-off. People seemed to have convinced him that the Morales fight was still competitive in spite of having been blood tested on fight day.

All Floyd has to do is talk. Participate actively in the next negotiation and he will get what he wants. I would hope that Team Pac announce that they are agreeing to the no cut-off demand just to clear the air.
