If all Pac has to do is agree to the tests up to the fight, then why not agree and make this fight happen for the fans? On the flip side, Floyd allowed a 14 day cut off the first time but wont agree to 7 days the second time. Both fighters have the power to make it happen.

Actually, *****s will tell you OSDT and 30 day OST are 2 different things. Mayweather chose the 30 days OST which is completely different from the OSDT athletes take.
