It's the Junior Middleweight title with a 154lb limit. Pac won't be defending that crown no time soon. And he didn't beat the champion for the crown because the title was vacant. It was a gift.

Pac experimented with 154 and won. Now he wants to go back to 147. At 154 he loses his speed which is his best weapon. If Martinez wants to beat Pacquiao and say hes P4P king than he has to fight Pacquiao at 147. Anything above that and your taking away Pacs biggest weapon and you wont get any credit if you win.
