Really? They both have dazzling footwork, tremendous ring generalship, explosive type- offenses, nonstop laterral movement, unorthodox angles and power/speed as well as accuracy.

They're both also extremely slick, except Pac has a tendency to enjoy fighting too much, and so he takes a lot of risks or becomes too offensive minded and that's when he gets caught.

Willie was a boxer who depended on his ring general ship.

He had a beautiful jab. Manny dosen't.

Willie was not a volume puncher and was not heavy handed.

Pep was orthodox and Manny is a Southpaw.

Willie was considered the best defensive fighter of his time.

Manny while not a horrible defensive fighter is not even top 15 right now in defense.

Willie began his career at 123 and never went above 140.

            Manny 106 to 150.

They are both fast and they are both almost the same size.

And they both fought for a living.

That's all the have in common.

It's definitely just you. Prime Willie Pep couldn't be hit, Pacquiao's last 3 opponents landed 30% of their punches on him which is above average. Prime Pacquiao use to get hit even more than that.
