How does Vargas add up facing Mayorga?

I personally believe Mayorga could knock Vargas out, alot of people don't think so, is this going to happen?

Talk of Vargas-Mayorga was going down before Mayorga won against Piccirillo, in an interview he said he would invite Vargas into the ring to say anything he wanted to Mayorga in front of everybody. I'd really like to see this go down.

My prediction: Mayorga via ko in 5.

vargas has little chance against mayorga IMO.

was hopeing he'd win bigger against the 37yr old washed up castillejo.

i'm starting to see more than just ring rust being a problem with vargas.

vargas should forget about any belts and go directly to big money fight with delahoya...then retire.

this is the problem..the guy might make it but all you can think
of is a big money fight with de la hoya whos only had 4 fights
since his match with vargas in 2002. hes lost to hopkins & mosley
with a dubious win over sturm. if vargas gets koed brutally by
mayorga then ill accept its the end for vargas but a ko loss to
mayorga isnt the end like vernon forrest proved. mayorga is a test

did anyone think spinks was gonna beat mayorga ?
well vargas is slick too & could still improve IMO
enough to revenge himself against de la hoya & win titles

          Huh?
Vernon Forrest has fought once (and that was against a bum) since losing two in a row to Mayorga.
Just exactly what did Forrest prove?

sorry guys, but seeing vargas yesterday was SAD...he is not even 50% of what he was...reflexes gone...he lost a full step already..was getting hit a lot,no stamina after the 7th,i can go on and on..he should not fight the elite anymore as he will get hurt...and if he fights mayo he will lose,i had some doubts, but now i dont,he wont be able to cope with the pressure for 12 rounds..mayo will miss, take 2 shots to land one,but he will land continously and vargas doesnt react to puches no more,he freezes, and thats not good at all...

He's actually boxing now. Whats wrong with that? My only thing is that this guy totally lost his aggression. Mayweather boxes but at least you know he's trying to knock your ass out.
