He was asked by the interviewer if he is willing to fight Martinez... he said he will fight anybody as long as it is not beyond 150.

He has reached his body's limits and he knows he can't go any further north of 150. His camp noticed he just can't get the usual speed and stamina at that weight. They went in at 144.5 against Marg sacrificing bulk for speed. He nearly paid dearly for it.

Not exactly. Oscar thought he can make 147 and stil be healthy. Sergio is bigger than oscar, and is older than Oscar as well. Money talks and if sergio accepts which i doubt he will its not because he thinks he can do it and be healthy, he knows hel be a multimillionare after the fight thats why.
