1. hes a southpaw..floyd struggles vs a decent souhtpaw, how much more vs a sergio
2.he can punch and offensive minded
3. good footwork and has the ablity to cut the ring off effectively(works againts fighter who runs a lot)

4.the size advantage
5.hungry and determined
it takes a miracle for floyd to fight someone like pac or sergio..
