Why should he fight anyone good when HBO will pay him 3 million to fight the Henry Bruseles of the world?

The created a fraud, now they gotta try to figure out how to deal with it.

I feel Mayweather may be to small for him even though he's slightly bigger than Pac.

However ignoring the size factor, Mayweather thinks he's the cash cow surely he wouldn't be concerned whether it would sell since he believes he can do 1+ million PPV buys against anyone.

Clottey did 700k and literally no one knows who he is, Martinez has a belt and he's more well known than Clottey. Stands to reason that he could do ATLEAST above 700k PPV buys. I certainly think the fight would do about a million maybe more PPV buys.

ok great... so than he could fight a bum off the street and make a ton of money right? he does not need anyone to make the most money since he is the biggest draw in the sport correct? so than why not fight serg? after all martinez is the mw champ of the world, and has had 3 great fights in a row, and has been super exciting on top of it all.

True. Uncle Roger talking about Martinez's inability to put anything to the table is just talk. Of course, Floyd could carry a fight by himself. This fight should be easy to make.

Well Manny is a former 106 pounder and he proves his greatness against WW's..

but then again, Manny > Mayweather... all day, everyday and twice on Sunday...

I can confirm that Roger did say that, there is a thread about it when he was on live, boxing scene posters were phoning in & pissing off Roger too lol, was pretty funny, somebody asked Roger 'Why did Mayweather turn down a billionaire bout against Matthew Hatton' LOL.

But yeah, Roger doesn't speak for Floyd & we have seen how past events have played out.
