If Floyd were to Fight sergio who would you favor. I would favor Sergio.

They fight in different divisions, P4P assumes that all things are equal.

i thought a Floyd vs Martinez fight would be a toss up at 54, but it's clear Sergio can't make 54 anymore and he's actually a true MW. he is too big for Floyd who is a small welterweight despite what some clowns want to tell you. Manny is also too small for Sergio, who was fast and powerful even though he had to come down in weight so quickly and drop the extra 2 pounds.

You would have to favour Martinez over both Floyd and Manny.

I agree. Marley is correct. Neither Manny nor Floyd should be expected to go up two weight divisions to fight Martinez.

Martinez in one night has faced way better comp than pac has his last 5 fights. You guys put WAY TOO MUCH importance on theoretical P4P rankings.

But even though I do not rate theoretical P4P rankings over far more important things like divisional supremacy and actual tangible accomplishments, I can see that a lot of posters have no idea what criteria is even considered when evaluating P4P status.

The point is.....
we are encumbered with a ****ty corrupt system in the ABC sanctioning bodies, and now you guys wanna further complicate the issue by rating P4P rankings over actual achievements?

And to be honest, the lineal "title" doesn't mean **** either.
