he never asked anyone to fight him at 156 he said the lowest he would go is 156 but he like to hear the offers first. so if he get a good offer for 154 or whatever he will take it. whats so hard or contridicting about that? he said if you want to fight someone for their title or for a title you should fight at the division limit. but if it comes to making a big fight he will fight at a catchweight but thats because of the opponent not him. he will never ask for a catchweight hes just stating the lowest he believe he can get down to is 156
