I dont know where Paul Williams defence has gone. I mean, he has never been a very good defensive fighter or close, but in his last couple of fights, he has looked like a ballon ready to blow.

Horrible defense in his last fights, and to much wide open offensive attacks.
Even for his standard, he has not looked like he did a couple of years ago and perhaps some of his hard fights has caught up with him.

However, big credit for Martinez, who at 35 countinue to improve, and become better. I say he will be hard to beat the next 2 years, if he fights for so long. He has now earned Fighter Of The Year 2010, to me.

And lets hope he now only fights the big fights, around his weight and try to cash in as fast as he can on his new fame.

He may have some blemished losses before, but has improved incredible and is a late bloomer. Perhaps 3-4 big fights, then retire.

Wow!!!!!! Dejava all over agian ala ricky hatton getting KO'ed by Pac. Now i love P-Will and Sergio. For everyone whos dogging P-Will saying this and that, get off one fighter already. Hes still a force.

I always said that P-Will had no business at MW. Hes not built for it. Being tall does not mean that you move up in weight. Key word is WEIGHT!!!!!! I do agree with most that P-Will has been handled very poorly by his team, from training to promoting. Hes always had a good chin, but when you get hit right on the button, most will go down. So P-Will is at a crossroads here. He needs to make some serious adjustments with his camp.

As for Sergio, i am really high on him, and i as much i would love to see him fight a mega fight with either Pac or Floyd, it makes no sense, as hes just too big, and would KO both i think. Which is a bummer, because there aint much going on for him in his division as far as hype and public interest. Maybe he moves up, and makes a very good fight with someone like Andre Ward, Bute, or maybe King Arthur. Any of those would be very interesting. Sergio has nowhere to go but up right now in his career.

At end of the day, i would not mind a trilogy with Sergio and Paul, though i think Sergio would be the favorite, and think he would win, but to break the 1-1 is a must. Sergio has now moved to #2 on my P4P list right behind Pac, and is very capable of beating anyone. So cong**** to Sergio, and P-Will, i hope you can get your head and camp in order because you have a lot to offer i think.

This was my appetizer before the main course: the beheading of Khan by Maidana on December 11th.

No doubt about it. When Williams was stating during pre-fight and training how it was going to be a war and he'd stand and **** with Martinez, I just shook my head.

Martinez punished Williams in the first fight and was jipped, so I thought Williams may have learned that he may actually want to learn how to box, use his jab, and place his shots, but... perhaps either he's to set in his ways or his trainer can't make the adjustment that's desperately needed.

He needs to bulk up also. He looks like a skeleton yesterday.
