The truth is, Dawson was a huge disappointment for me, especially since Froch beat up Pascal. And you all know how much I wanted Dawson to succeed. Yeah, he's skillful, but he ain't no wifebeater. he isn't gonna replace wifebeater as the best black fighter in boxing.

And, those prospects will be the future and are pretty good, even Mike Jones he was just matched tough against Soto Karrass and fought dumb in round 2 that hurt him later.

Gary Russell is very skilled in a couple years he will be champ at 126.

And, you also got Olympian Rau'shee Warren who will turn pro and be below 126 and will probably be pretty damn good.

Also have the Deontay Wilder at HW, still young and got good size. Who knows what he accomplishes.

Point is that the greatness or skill or whatever point you are trying to title black fighters are not dwindling. They will be OK.

At 168 lbs... there's only 2 guys of note there: Glen Johnson and Andre Ward. But guess what, Johnson isn't AA, he's haitian. And personally, I think Johnson outworks Ward. Don't even mention Andre Dirrell. He fights in the AA stylel and is a *****.
