Vargas aint overated, he beat Winky Wright, Ike Quatey, he took Campas belt when Campas was still a good fighter,he beat a nice fighter in Raul Marquez, he fought 2 very very tough opponents in Oscar and Trinidad but he lost but showed a great deal of heart and fought well. Those guys are just way too tough. I was happy to see Vargas lose to my fighter Oscar for being ****y but Vargas aint overated
