even w/ the first round debacle - JMM won that fight. you take away that first round, had JMM's pride not gotten in the way and it would have been a poor mans version of winky-tito w/ JMM playing the role of the winkmeister.

Pac won the first round and that was about it. Marquez dominated him for the rest of the fight and i was really surprised that a return didnt happen. Marquez seemed to have figured Pac out, but then that could have been because of the first round. It took pac out of his game plan. He realised that he could KO Marquez and so kept on trying to land his left hand far too much, and that gave Marquez the opportunity to counter and, for my money, win the fight. However, people love Manny, and it is easy to see why. He's a likeable character and a great fighter that is never in a dull fight, so I can see why most people have gone for him in this poll. I love Pac, but watch the fight again. There is absolutely no way on this planet that he won that fight. The judge ****ed up scoring the first round, but he also ****ed up scoring the rest of the fight. It should have gone to JMM quite wide. I'd love to see a return, and I think Manny would win quite handily.
