    Can Mayweather recover his reputation?

Given that the boxing world and basically the whole world (with the exception of a few paid stans) believing that Floyd's reputation is that of a coward, can he still recover his rep without fighting Pac?

The reality with Pac is that he has 1-2 more fight left and that he will certainly not beg for a Mayweather fight.

The excuse of paid stans regarding ODST is nothing but hypocrisy and plain uneducated idiocy because when you talk of ODST - you talk about whole year testing. Plus it has been established that there are far better ways of detecting peds.

I dont really see Mayweather fighting either Martinez and PWill. Both are southpaws which are much bigger than him.

So is there any way Floyd can recover his rep without fighting Pac?

no he can't. I used to be one of the biggest mayweather fans on this site. I now recognize him as a pathetic coward and I know he will NEVER recover his reputation unless he fights Pac ASAP and beats him. But I thinK Pac will brutally KTFO that ***** like 76 year old Mosley just about did

I dont know what kind of reputation you are insinuating he recovers? He hasnt got much of a repuation. He has a reputation of not being as ATG as Pac, and he has a rep for not being as brave and a rep for negotiatiing hard to get fights in his favour and being a chicken asking the ref to protect him from hatton. So he fought the easiest hatton of all times.

If Pac and floyd fight pac would be favourite, unless they take into consideration that Floyd is much fresher having ducked so many Pac bravely fought instead. Pac has taken punches from the biggest names the sport of boxing has to offer. cant have done him much good for Floyd.
So bookies might make Floyd favourite as a token gesture. Most experts think Pac beats Floyd though.

fight for a living? He hasn't fought in forever and is NOT making a living, his stuff is beign repossessed and IRS wants to put him in prison. He once fought for a living, but he isn'tany longer = thus he's a coward

The only way for Floyd to fix his reputation inside the ring is to fight Pacquiao and beat him. If he loses his reputation goes even futher down the toilet becuz he was saying easy fight even though hes been ducking and dodgeing him ever since Pac went up to 147.

Floyd has a bad reputation outside the ring as well with all the ****** stuff hes doing. Its weird how he always thanks god after a fight but he beats women, steals, gambles has sex without marriage makes racist ustream vids and commits more sins than I can count. He would have to do alot of community service (which hes probably gonna have to do anyways). Like real community service like congressman Pacquiao is doing not what the judge says you have to do on probation.

most boxing fans (and fight fans, and sports fans in general) have like a 2 week memory and will forgive you for absolutely anything as long as you dont' lose

were talking everything from ducking a fight to murdering your wife, there will be people who forgive you because you're a good boxer

a lot of the biggest legends in this sport were cowardly scum in many aspects, maybe most? nobody cares 2 weeks later
