Well of course he would! Trinidad is coming off a 2 fight losing streak, way out of his prime, and is 37 years old.

I wouldn't be surprised if it did happen. "WE WANT TRINIDAD IN MSG AT 150!" Sounds like a Team Pacquiao move to me!

For all his elusive footwork and speed, Manny is still hittable. His only chance to win would be to stay away from Tito all night long in search of a UD.

Tito in his prime is often underrated as a boxer-puncher. His jab, accuracy and reach would find Manny eventually. He had KO power in both hands, his straight right, uppercut as well as his left hook would catch Manny, once he does, it's lights out.

Slow-ass, cumbersome Margarito was able to land on Pacquiao last week, you think one of the most efficient, clean hitting power punchers in the game wouldn't? Come on now....

As someone else said before, Pacquiao is a brawler at heart, once he's hurt his instinct is to fight. He is not a boxer by nature, he doesn't have the discipline to continue to box once he's clocked. When this happens Manny will **** with Trinidad, at his peril.

Tito was a big, strong welterweight, it took Bernard at 160 to knock him out in his prime. Manny's wins against Cotto, Clottey and Margarito came because they were overwhelmed by Manny's barrage of punches, his speed and angles but none of those guys had one-punch game changing power like Trinidad had. Tito was a relentless wrecking machine, he would never stop looking for the KO, even when he got humiliated at a higher weight class by Winky and Bernard, he still kept coming.

His heart, aggression and power would be too much for Manny in a brutal war of attrition, he'd walk Manny down in the later rounds and knock him out.

you don't get where PAC got by brawling. Tito would follow pac all night and run into punches for 8 rounds then get stopped by the ref.

Margarito was 165 lbs. tito at WW is not 165 lbs. Pacquiao is the same Pacquiao at WW we saw against Marg.

Trinidad didn't one KO everyone he fought, even people with lesser chins than Pac. Pacquiao has a good chin at WW.

That would be one of the greatest fights ever at 147. But I am gonna agree with the OP and say Manny would in fact win the fight. If Delahoya can survive 12 close rounds with Tito, then Pac would beat him half to death. Plain and simple, Pac's footwork is just too damn effective.

I would pick Pac by KO inside 5 rounds.
LMAO!!! Wow are you pac fans reaching...lol

Margarito "hurt" Pac a couple of times (In Pacs own words) So Trinidad would destroy him.

...at 147 Trinidad didn't knock out 3 fighters in total. These 3 were Camacho, Whitaker and DLH. Something they all had in common, refused to engaged and decided to run away from Trinidad. Are you implying that Pac would be slick and would avoid confrontation with Trinidad? Margarito could be 180lbs for all that matters, he has never been a one punch ko artist. All it took Tito to beat someone was a clean hook and believe me, they would have landed more than once.
