Pac would fight B-Hop at 160 if B-Hop was garbage. That's what Pac does and his worshipers love him for that. He'll select someone that's on the decline or had someone who's been struggling, drain them then offer them a fight.

Dela Hoya-Past his prime and came into the fight at 146 and looking like a crackhead at his age.

Hatton-Got smoked by Mayweather and then got his ass whooped by some unknown in the UK.

Cotto-Got crushed by Cheato then looked average against someone who doesn't care to throw punches.

Margarito-Got completely obliterated by Sugar Shane then fought some dude in Mexico who they probably found in the cantina and he still looked like garbage.
