pac would destroy anyone right now the only person with a chance is floyd... berto would be exciting but he wouldnt make it past 7 or 8 rounds... i think for both floyd and pac them facing eachother is the only option for the real boxing fans... but im sure the are people out there that would love to see pac fight shane so they can seal the deal on his legacy finally beating "a slick black fighter" for floyd the only way he will get the respect he should already have is to fight and beat pacforgot to mention shane, but he isnt slick or near the top either, hes coming off 2 ****ttty performances vs floyd and mora, and he will just try to brawl vs pacquiao cuz he cant box for s.h.i.t and probably will get KTFO cuz of his horrible stamina nowadays, they shouldnt shane through that type of punishment at this stage of his career.Comment

i disagree...nard was at best a good fighter who is definitely garbage these days....and right now, as far as i'm concerned pac is the fighter to beat, if that makes me a super pac fan, so be it...i said its your opinion and i also said pac is exciting, my only point was b hop is an all time reat and he as a pro boxer who has been in good fights does have the right to give his opinion on pac, bhop is pretty much done i am not excited to ever see him fight again i am not saying hes exciting to me at this point but ive follwed his career and the dude is a great boxer, but there are people who like to watch the guy fight and its more than 3 of them thats just they way life is... people see things different (one mans trash is the next mans treasure)... a super pac fan is one who calls someone delusional or reorts to name calling when another person isnt calling him God in the flesh, or Jesus with a mouthpice, or the best boxer of all time!
lol slick black fighter yall are funny with that one!Comment

Lyle Fitzsimmons was ragged the other day for writing an article that contained 3 valid points, because it was deemed non-newsworthy.....Trainer Freddie Roach was far from pleased when hearing about the controversy over the recent comments that were made by Bernard Hopkins, who pushed the issue as to when Manny Pacquiao would finally face a "top black fighter." During the interview with BoxingScene.com's Lem Satterfield, Hopkins said that an African American boxer, with a slick style of fighting, would be very capable of beating Pacquiao.

But an off-hand comment from Freddie, that is clearly tongue-in-cheek is ?

Come on guys, that hypothetical match-up is ridiculous.
Hopkins has already explained how to beat Pacquiao......
He would punch, clinch, then **** Manny on the hip-bone..... rinse/wash/repeat for 6-8 rounds..... then break him down over the last half of the fight.
How could Manny possibly hurt Hopkins? He would simply adjust.
Manny is fkn awsome, but let's keep it real.Comment

I don't have my scorecard in front of me, but I believe I had Calzaghe winning by 2 points (I score 10-10 rounds because I'm under no obligation not to). It was a close fight.Comment

The thought never crossed my mind. It was clearly obvious that Hopkins was referring to Shane. Hopkins can't get under 170lb and Manny can't make it above 145lb, what on earth gave you the impression that Hopkins was referring to himself?
Hopkins is a living legend. Dominating a division for 10-11 years is something that Bob Arum's careful match-making will never allow Manny to attempt.Comment
