LOL because manny is on PEDS that is why. This is america, you can just accuse someone and the cops will then arrest him and will put him in jail until he proves his innocence. And people have a very credible source in the name of Mayweather Sr, Mayweather Jr, Roger then peolpe who support them like Oscal, Schaeffer. These are very respected people and so Manny is very guilty.

I guess he feels like Manny is on something and that's
his opinion. Not saying that Manny is or something or
not because only his inner circle knows but the way
to silence Floyd for good was/is to accept the tests
and get it on. My take is, if Pac wanted the fight bad
enough he would have taken the tests. If Pac don't
want to take the tests, then him, Roach and Arum
shouldn't be mentioning Floyd because they already
know what it takes to make the fight. What else is
there to negotiate? Just accept the request. I would
think a fighter as good as Manny Pacquiao would not
have a problem doing that and showing the world that
he is the rightful owner of the P4P thrown that Floyd
left for Manny to fill. I would also think that Manny would
want to shut Floyd up for good by fighting and trying to
be the first to beat Floyd. If I was a professional Boxer
I would jump at the chance to fight Floyd win or lose.
I don't think it was fair for Pac to ask Floyd to pay a
10MIL penalty on weight (Which Floyd agreed to) and
then Floyd asked Manny to take random blood tests and
Pac refuses? What part of the game is that? ESPECIALLY
since there is a video of Roach saying that they would
accept any test Floyd wanted in the beginning of the first
negotiations.

Also, I don't think the fight gets made after floyd saw manny vs margarito. Margs was a guy floyd waqnted no part of and to see manny weigh 17 lbs less than Margs and still destroy probably made floyd extend his time off from boxing.

Why wouldn't Pac just want to take them? It is a good thing
not a bad one. Floyd accepted one of Manny's request, so why

Because he didn't asked his 42 other fights for the test. No other fighter asks for them test. Nobody uses the test (in boxing just in case some ****** bolds this). And he boasted that manny is an easy fight easy money. This was also not a requirement unlike the catchweight/weight penalties which was around although the weight penalty was higher to make sure floyd goes in at the agreed weight after the Marquez incident. I like your post, I just disagree on the bolded part as well. We all want to see this fight. It's just unfortunate since each fighter doesn't want to lose.
