      Actually Pac fought in the amateurs before turning pro, and in the American amateurs Floyd was fighting better boxers than Pacquiao was early in his pro career.

          Mayweather: 6 losses/119 wins in 125 fights (84 am + 41 pro) = 95.2% Winning Percentage

          Pacquaio: 52 wins over 57 fights (pro only) = 91.2% Winning Percentage...
          or
          Pacquaio: 112 wins over 121 fights (64 am + 57 pro) = 92.6% Winning Percentage...
