    Andre Ward

    I didn't see another thread about his fight last night, but I thought he looked pretty impressive.

    They're bringing him along at a steady pace, and he was ripping his shots really well last night:



    What do you thing are some areas of concearn? He still seems to leave himself open with some of the shots he throws, but he seems to have a deccent beard and can get away with it.

    Either way, the kid is pretty exciting to watch. Can't wait to see more of him.

      I agree he looks very good and is very mature for his age when interviewed should have a promising career ,lokk forward to seeing him again soon too hopefully on the Tarver-Jones undercard like he said after the fight last night.

          Yes, I was very impressed by Ward.. he's getting better and better every fight.. and He's already over came adversity from his second fight where he was rocked and came back.. he already has a few tools, like how he holds u off with that arm in your face and Jab, then follow with a straight hand.. He's very promising, i love it too because he just so happens to be from my town, Oakland, Ca..

              That is also my area of concern.He sometimes leaves him self open but with time he'll get better.

                  He looked just about flawless the other day but he was in there with a guy who was about five foot five. To me it seems like he gets hit to much considering all the quickness and hand and foot speed he has. But I think he definitly could be a star in the making.

                          I hope his next match is in the the Jones-Tarver undercard I would enjoy watching it.... I missed his fight last night but I'm sure FSN will replay it...
