But Floyd shouldn't be scared to sign that,
other than the Marquez fight where the penalty was pennies in comparison to his take home check,
hes never come in overweight.
So whats the problem?
Make the contracted weight like he did for 40 other fights,
he keeps his money.
Unless, of course, his plan was to come in heavier all along and not have to worry about exorbitant fines.

He didn't have to refuse it from any opponent.
The Mayweathers have been in boxing since the mid 70s. They know the ins and outs of the sport, which is why they apparently know that Manny is on something. They've also claimed to want to clean up the sport. They're a drug dealing and drug using family. As they love to say, "you don't know s hit about boxing."
They know everything. Even about how dirty the sport is.
They could have started this crusade to clean up the sport with Floyds career.
But waited until this guy from the Phillipines came and started wrecking everyone in sight to make scene about how dirty the sport is.
Seems kind of weird for a family that has been involved in boxing so long, to have kept so silent about PEDs when one of their own has racked up 5 titles in 5 divisions in less than 10 years while remaining undefeated.
Seems kind of weird that the one family member who has done incredible things in the sport of boxing,
did a stint with WWE, the same WWE whose athletes are known for steroid use.
Should I keep going?
They refused to take a stance on PEDs, which they've apparently known about for a number of years,
because one of them has been on them.
Floyds retirements and vacations are no coincidence.
He needs to detox in those periods which is why hes never agreed to year round random blood testing.

Why anyone would be AGAINST testing is beyond me...even if its just for Boxing to appear to be saying NO to cheaters its a good thing, especially with **** like Margarito putting plaster on etc
Mainstream guys won't take it seriously if the biggest fight in boxing doesn't happen cos of a disagreement over testing...come on man not agreeing to proper testing makes you LOOK guilty and that is an unbiased FACT.
