      easy to justify.

The penalty Floyd paid for coming in overweight against Marquez was pennies considering the amount of money he made. The point of fines for such matters is that the amount levied is supposed to make the fighter want to play by the rules so that his paycheck isn't hit hard. Floyd, obviously made 10s of millions, so a couple of hundred grand is a drop in the bucket compared to the money he was going to take home.

Seeing as how Floyd stands to make 10s of millions again, the weight penalty makes sense when you see how Floyd cheated an opponent on the scales and didn't even attempt to make the weight. Instead he just had another contract drawn up and fought on.

10 mil per pound overweight puts the breaks on any attempts to cheat his opponent on the scales.

Seeing as how Floyd made 147 quite easily in that fight,

it shouldn't really be a problem,

      unless,

      of course,

he just doesn't want to fight Manny which we already know.

So you think he's overrated, but you still want him tested?

        HA!!!

For you and me this would apply, because we're not loaded (yet).

But Manny already has a ton of money, he doesn't need to stand for this over some money.

        I respect his position.

WTH are you talking about? Random blood testing would be no big deal if Manny simply agreed. What does he have to hide? If Floyd refused the test I would say the same thing...

Get this... Manny did agree. 0 days 7 days it is just as good with the tapering off period being the last 7. Again ask greenburg, haymon, shaffer, and the dude in denial about what was going on about it.

My friend you just made the point for the *****s, if Manny can easily pass the test, why not take it. He's never failed a drug test, the test should be easy, if he studies. Didn't Floyd O.K. the 10 million dollars per pound.

Extra testing isn't required by the commissions.

Weight penalties are for all fighters, in all fights.

*****s want extra testing done for one fighter.
