They see Shane as a desperate man on the downslide of his career. Shane is too ****** to get a tune up so I wouldn't be surprised if this fight get's made. Hopefully Shane will get another trainer cause Brother Naz doesn't seem to be working for him. He may wanna give his pops a call or at least bring him into camp with him. Shane can still take Manny, he just has to have the right fight plan and mentality going in.

the trainer is only as good as their fighter, naz richardson is a great trainer and deserves a bit more credit then your giving him his corner work and camp is fantastic and he prepared mosley really well for the margarito fight

berto would get knocked out by manny so would mosley, mosleys tough bbut he his aging fast and craming in a lot of fights!!! bradley would test pac but ultimatically get stopped mid rounds or lose a wide decision

Either Shane is too bull headed and makes very dumb decisions alone or Naz is part of the problem. Don't know why they fought Mora @ middle-wt. Once again that was a very dumb decision. Perhaps Shane was testing the waters for a Martinez fight but that would be an even worst decision. I think Jack had Shane in a better frame of mind. Seems like Shane leaves it in the gym with Naazim. Shane should have gotten the decision against Mora but still it was a meaningless fight. Shane will need energy against Pac and for some reason with his dad he had better stamina.

Manny is only hurting himself by not fighting "slick" fighters. This will be evident to the world when he and Mayweather square off.

Why fight Mosley? Entertaining, yes, but Mayweather already dominated him over 12 rounds. Enough with the leftovers.

u know whats more impressive than a mayweather win over mosley? a pac destruction of a guy (cotto, whom mayweahter dodged) that beat mosley.

its also more impressive the way pac killed hatton in 2 while mayweather needed 11.

pacs win over delahoya (reconfigured his face and made him quit after 8) is more impressive than mayweathers win over delahoya (needed a split decision win)

and pacs win over delahoya is more impressive than mayweathers win over marquez...you can say well delahoya hasnt fought at welterweight in years, but we can also say that marquez have never (NEVER!) fought at welterweight (two full weight class above his current weight class)

the thing is, mosley throws wild and wide punches. and those punches are made to KO. those wide wild punches worked against margarito, but it wont work against pac because pac will be moving alot...i mean, you saw what happened against mora...mora moved alot and mosley couldnt/didnt really do anything to mora. and mora wasnt doing anything to mosley because mora dont have any offense, pac does.

if you've watched mosley in the past, especially in his later years, he has trouble against guys that box and move...he even struggled against mayorga, who was a margarito type of fighter...and needed that KO in the last round to pull out a win. i dont see how mosley was even ranked in the TOP 5 P4P before fighting mayweather, after having been beaten twice by winky wright and twice by vernon forrest.

since 2002 and 16 fights, mosley is 9wins, 5 losses, 1 draw, 1 NC...is that really a TOP 5 P4P pre mayweather loss? even after losing to mayweathar and a draw against mora, i believe mosley is still in the TOP 10 P4P, thats ridiculous

pacs movement alone with just his snipper right jabs and straight lefts would tire mosley before the midway point, i think the way pac foguth delahoya (basically right jabs and straight lefts thru the middle) would be enough to beat and tire mosley ...he.ck, mosley was already gassed out in the 3rd against mayweather and looked just as gassed in the 3rd against mora

But what happens when he fights a guy that's as quick and accurate as he is, moves as good as he does and is a far better defensive fighter? Manny has fought 2 kinds of fighters as of late:
1) Fighters like Oscar and Clottey that sit right in front of you.
2) Bravado fighters that come straight at you trying to over power you like Hatton, Cotto and Cheato.

The last time Manny fought anything close to a sound technician was JMM.

i can see how this fight will go...mosley in first round throwing jab and quick punches,then second round he gets hit hard and then just throw one or two punches,hold and look at ref like it's manny's fault....then when he's able to land a punch he won't because he'll be holding back on his punches,thats just how this fight will be,holding and no punching from mosley,just occasional punches,then at the end of fight he'll say he don't know why he couldn't let loose,that he felt tight,i can just hear him give excuses and all the people who paid $55 for this be dissapointed,and of course all pac fans will look at it like a huge win

that is why he is avoiding fighters with the skill of jmm and facing guys coming straight at him,,but i think mosley WAS quick,had good head movement and quick combinations,that was in the past,if mosley couldn't do anything to a ridiculous fighter like mora i don't think he'll beat manny,if this was the mosley who fought the way he did when he was a lightweight,forget it,manny wouldn't even consider him
