        Clearly Williams.. and i don't even like the guy..

        Lol at saying someone Pac is the best @ 154.. he hasn't even had a fight there yet. My school of thought is that you actually have to go and prove yourself at something to be called the best.. as he hasn't even fought at 154 that rules him out.
