I honestly don't think he's on something, but he's made all the moves a person hiding something does. Take the doubt out of peoples mind, that's what he should've done the first time. I guess suing people works better.

There's a simple solution to that right? Shane Mosley took up the offer with no problems and passed the tests with flying colors and got his money. Oh, and he didn't ask for cut-off dates either.

I still think its partly a psychological thing with Manny, where he believes blood tests will weaken him. Plus the fact that SMM is at a stage in his career where he cant dictate terms and would do anything to get the opportunity to fight the big names.

I think its also mind games, and Pac and Floyd vying for control. Pac didnt like being accused of being a cheat, and having the Philippines insulted by the mayweathers. Maybe taking the test justifies the accusation?
