Floyd is taking the same tests.
Which is exactly what all the roid accusers are doing.

Is The Great Stipulater Manny Pacquiao? If you believe so you are an irrationally blind fanatical nutthugger.

The one who is on roids is the one with no balls to fight the best out there and picks on little 130-135 pounders who never fought above that weight class. That roid-user has a guilty conscious. The one that hasn't done much lately and runs into vacation all the time when ever there's a threat.

There's a simple solution to that right? Shane Mosley took up the offer with no problems and passed the tests with flying colors and got his money. Oh, and he didn't ask for cut-off dates either.

Manny has a problem doing what Shane Mosley did. That should be making everyone scratch their heads.

I'm not sure, there are some things about Pacquiao that are just too overwhelming. Now I'm not going to claim that he is on any sort of PED.
However, using the excuse that he has never tested positive is a null argument. Shane Mosley never tested positive. That argument is not really reliable.

The one who you "think" is on roids is willing to take a blood test and urine test to prove he's clean. Oh and he's never tested positive for PED use before.

Can you wrap your head around that or is it too much to bear?

Right. (Floyd and Shane) agreed to take tests to prove otherwise, out of their own free will and conscience and to prove a point.

Doesn't mean that he wasn't a Roids user before, he has a guilty conscious. Roid user can run back into vacation when ever there's a threat out there for him like he normally does.

Pac could simply remove all doubt by taking the test, but yet he refuses to do it. People have a right to be suspect due to his refusal.......I don't know whether he is on PED's or not

Not really. Shane is an old, desperate man with no options. Since his 7 day compromise wasn't accept or even acknowledged by Floyd, Manny has defended his WW belt, and got an 8th title and captured the eye of the public.

He also made about the same as he would have for a Floyd fight, fighting lesser fighters.

Not really a head scratcher there.
