His KO power wasn't diminished. He was fighting way above 147 and he still destroyed Mayorga.

Pac's movement would cause problems but Tito is a two handed puncher. Pac team has effectively to this point avoided anybody with a good striaght right hand. Not to say that it is the true formula to beat Pac but right hands do get in. And don't forget about Tito's jab and body punches. Easy fight for Pac, I don't think so
