why does Roy Jones get a pass for ducking all the fighters that he did?

Michael Nunn at 168? He wasn't even considered a contender at that weight when Jones was there. Tim Littles? That's like saying, "damn, Im so sad Mayweather didn't fight Carlos Quintana."

Every once in a year i threads like this one on here, But then you ask them what are those fights that RJJ ducked and then you get zero replies..

Roy Jones has a solid resume.

When you're as great as Roy people will always find a reason to hate. He was on another level in boxing to where his greatness was almost hard to believe.

Roy had no reason to duck anybody as it's my opinion and the opinion of many that nobody could have beat him, and when watching him you have to ask yourself "How can you be any better than this man. Who has a chance against him?"

Roy is a top 10 ATG and one of the greatest personalities in the history of boxing.

You must agree that Nunn was in much higher regard than Byrd, Paz, Thornton and Lucas.

Michael Nunn had three fights at 168 during Jones' tenure there and he lost both of them. He was not a factor, regardless of hindsight. But really...what is the gist of your argument? That he didn't fight him at 168? Ok. So what does that mean? Nothing.

What it means is that Jones fought Paz instead of others.

What does a Jones win over paz prove?

                    Nothing.

Not instead of. He just fought him. It's not like Eubank & co were available and Jones was avoiding. So what does it matter?

What does a Jones win over paz prove?

                      Nothing.
The same thing as Littles, as you mentioned. So why are we discussing this?
