Will he be a man and live up to his promise to the UK boxing fans, or will he disappoint them again?
No way. After the easy money he got from the Audley fight, the Klits are the farthest on Haye's mind right now. And I understand him. Why would he risk it, if he could earn comparable amount of money fighting much less dangerous guys. Besides, Haye is in the same mould as Mayweather, Jr. The moment they reached the top, they no longer want to take risks unlike when they were still trying to reach it. I say, Haye would never fight them as long as they post the most threat to him.

I think the British public are finally starting to wise up and will force him to fight Wlad after one more shitty opponent.

Never happen. Not in a million years. He had his chance and faked a back injury to get out of one of them and just walked away from the other.

He'll fight them both...because when they give you a contract, you have no choice but to fight both LOL

Care to evaluate? I didn't see Wlad fight Chris Arreola. I didn't see Vitali fight Chagaev. I didn't see Wlad fight Briggs. I didn't see Vitali fight Brock. Shall I name about 10 other fighters that they each fought and didn't fight the brother or do you want to take that statement back?

I can't see it happening. I don't think he wants to be Heavyweight Champion of the World.

                What's it matter anyway!?

Even if he did fight at least 1 he won't have enough time to fight the other before retiring, Plus his Manditory Chageav.

I used to be a fan of Hayes, i still think he causes the Klitschko brothers problems though they are definatley favourites to win. But since he came out saying he wants to fight them and it never happened i've started to get pissed off.

Also, he should have been fighting top 10 guys more often in preparation but he hasn't done that either. I thought he would look at fighting people like Chagaev, Povetkin, Dimitrenko (before he lost to Chambers) Arreola etc. But he hasn't done anything.

Although Valuev was a swag opponent it was a necessary fight to get a strap which he needed for a bargaining tool with the Klitschkos. And John Ruiz was acceptable because he was top 10 and he did knock him down many times for the first time in god knows how long. But Harrison and Barrett were a joke and cannot be excused.

I personally don't think he's prepared enough for the Klitschko brothers because he hasn't taken the opportunity to gain good enough Heavyweight experience against the top contenders.

he definitely has plenty of time. when fighting a unification fight - mandatories can be postponed.

                    fight vitali in march

                    fight wlad in oct

                    or vice versa

he will either get destroyed by the klitschkos or destroyed by the media.

Nope, he won't. I see no Gaye fans have accepted your bet offer, they don't put their money where their mouth is, just like their hero. I wish the fight would happen and the UK media hyped Haye as all hell in the build-up to the fight, with all the brits betting on Haye they'd skew the odds and it would be the easiest money ever!
