Beforehand a year and a half ago... They themselves said the man deserved a second chance... So give him the second chance and when he is putting splenda, do you splenda, on his coffee then give him the benefit of the doubt.

asking a guy who has tried to cheat before take a piss test is much more justifiable than asking a guy who never had any history of cheating take an unlimited blood and urine tests. Just my opinion
