I'd give full credit to Pac for facing Mosely even now

Even though Shane is past prime and got beaten by Mayweather I'd still give full credit to Pac for fighting him now even though Mosely is even older.

Pac is aging as well and would also have to contend with the fact Mosely could possibly juice and get away with it being Team Pac is okay with the current way of testing.

It would be a better fight than Cotto, Margs, Hatton or Delahoya.
