you wrote floyd signed to fight baldomir then arum created the 8 million offer.

how is this my bad? i have slick african american reading skills how dare you!
    And I stand by it,

Floyd was offered the deal when he left Top Rank because he had money owing to him. Everyone knew Baldomir was the next fight and Floyd was in negotiations and agreed on terms, hence why Arum offered the 8 million dollars,

Arum said while Mayweather would have taken the $8 million to fight Margarito, he asked for a $10 million guarantee to fight opponents such as Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, when Arum was only willing to guarantee $7 million.

Arum said Mayweather also asked for $20 million to fight De La Hoya, a fight Arum said he wasn't interested in participating in.

"That's not in the cards," Arum said. "He wants $20 million for the De La Hoya fight? It's not there. Sometimes, my man, you gotta know when to hold 'em and when to fold 'em. We'll talk about things down the road.

Johnny Chingas has me on ignore now, look at his thread. Look at what I reduced him too.

His last argument was that "My head has gotten bigger, am I on PED"?

          Nice thinking moron,

That was offer was used to create a fake image for Margarito as the baddest man in boxing, yet he ducked Winky that year and also ducked Williams for the rematch for a career high
williams you can say but winky?

come on now. when was the last time winky fought at 147?

you keep getting the time line wrong over and over. that article is dated april 2006. he didn't fight baldomir till november. like i already pointed out the margarito career high payday was offered in april. floyd turned it down. then the baldomir offer of 8 million and 1 dollar was made much later. the baldomir fight wasn't signed till august. at the time he turned down margarito floyd couldn't possibly know he would get 8 million for fighting that bum baldomir. how can you not see this is a duck?

Floyd had agreed to terms with Team Judah and HBO regarding their fight. Floyd was given an HBO PPV date for the first time while Judah contract and cut was lessen for losing to Baldomir. This fight was scheduled a while ahead

Floyd was under Top Rank when this fight happened. Arum wanted this fight, due to the money involved and it went ahead. So, if Arum really wanted to Floyd to fight Margarito or Cotto instead, this could easily have happened.

After Floyd won, the media started claiming Floyd hasn't fought a TRUE WW and he was ducking Baldomir,

Floyd said to Arum, I will fight Margarito if you secure me a multi million dollar deal fight against Cotto, Oscar and Hatton.

Arum said no way this will happen,

Floyd brought out of his contract and Arum still owed Floyd money from the Judah fight,

Floyd then signed to fight Baldomir for the lineal title, he was offered 8 million and half of the revenue, this is when Arum created the 8 million offer

Floyd did the right thing, he fought Baldomir won the ring title and fought against Oscar at 154 for a title and Hatton at 140

It was a win win situation,

The same Margarito only offered Winky a mere 1.5 million, Winky asked for 2 million, and Margarito and Top Rank refused and ducked him,
even with the truth they wont listen they rely on biased opinions and only listen to the side that agree with them.

and someone keep bringing up zoo koing judah in 2. kotszya is p4p top 5 140 pounders ever

The fight was going to take place at 154 or 160

Top Rank offered Winky Wright, 4 million at first, the same time they offered Floyd 8 million. Winky said 'Let's do it" and Top Rank reduced that amount.

Margarito and Top Rank wanted nothing of Winky, Winky was given 4 million to fight JT

When Arum said Floyd would have taken the fight but he couldn't agree with Floyd's reasonable demands against Hatton,Cotto and Oscar,

The same Arum which owed Floyd money for the Judah fight,

So at the end, of 2006, Floyd fought a guy who had beaten Judah and Gatti and had the ring title and WBC Title in his hands. While Margarito had the WB"WHO" title and Cintron being his best win
