DLH also landed the same % of punches on both of them. A healthy DLH landed on Mayweather what an unhealthy DLH landed on Pacquiao.

To be fair I think you should also compare him to other fighters considered to be slick such as Sergio Martinez.

How much has Sergio gotten hit in his last 3 fights? You need more data samples. Mayweather is an enigma in every sense of the word in terms of his defense

Look how many punches Pac lands in each fight, his connect percentages may be lower than Floyd's but because he throws so many punches, Pac lands almost twice as many as Floyd does against common opponents.

          Punchstats
Total Punches De La Hoya Mayweather
          Landed 122 207
          Thrown 587 481
          Pct. 21% 43%
Power Punches De La Hoya Mayweather
          Landed 82 138
          Thrown 341 241
          Pct. 24% 57%

Pac averages 80 punches thrown a rd and landing 26. In a 12 rd fight, that's: 960 punches a fight, and landing 312 of those punches. Floyd landed 207 out of 481 against De La Hoya. Pac finished off both Hatton and De La Hoya before the 12th so I can't see what the actual stats would be against a common opponent for a full fight but based on the averages, Pac would land about 25-50% more punches than Floyd and he would throw 50% more than Floyd would.

In the first one I mistakenly put 16% which was the power punches landed on Mayweather. 12% is the total punches landed on Mayweather.

May I ask why you think that?

Pac is a volume puncher. When was the last time Floyd fought a volume puncher? He lowers the output of counter punchers, and grapplers and what have you but when has he ever lowered the output of a volume puncher? When was the last time he faced one? Castillo? 8 years ago? Chavez threw 100 punches in plenty of rounds against him....

I have yet to really see him reduce the output drastically of a volume puncher. Not saying he can't, but haven't really seen it. So I don't know if he can or can not plus he is slowing down now, so is Pac. So I really don't know...

Yes. There's a thread asking "If Pacquiao isn't slick then define it" LOL.
