If I where Floyd I would counter his "poke in the face" claim with trespassing on private property and then assume he was going to rob the place and or harm him or someone else in the household with his little flash light which would result to being threatened which would result to attempted murder by this unknown "private security guard"....... lol

As ****** as that sounds, it makes more sense than "he poked me in the face" from a "private security guard" that most likely didn't have any business or right to be on his property since he's not anyone important or more importantly "official". As the officers made it very clear once the guy stopped crying from being poked in the eye by Floyd. If anything he will get asked what authority he had to question or even approach Floyd.... He's lucky he was a dude and not a chick or Floyd would have whooped up on his p*ssy a$$.....

The fact there "handing it over to the DA" is wasting tax payers money.......

All Floyd would have to do is call whoever it is. Discuss the grievance.
