We need more details. Was Floyd trying to physically harm the Security Guard? If so than he should be charged. How would you like it if a professional boxer poked you in the face? I'm a pacifist and if I felt violated than I would call the cops also, thats what there there for.

the guy is patrolling homes for multi millionaires. That guy can't tell anybody there what to do. He needs to remember he's on private property and that's their property and they pay his check. I'd be damn if i live in a private community of successful millionaires and I have this mall cop trying to tell me how to park my cars.

But would you be willing to work there and treated like a dog and poke them whenever the landlords feel like doing it? There's really something wrong here. If Floyd did not do anything wrong, he could just go out of his house and explain his side to the cops. Why hide behind his doors?
