This has been the case for a while. Paul Williams is one of the most exciting fighter around when he gets the right opponent. He has a fight of the year candidate last year, gets a rematch with the guy, who is currently the middleweight champion, and can't even get a PPV? I bet it would sell more than Mosley/Mora did. Yet Marquez/Diaz can after Diaz looks like crap against Malignaggi (even getting wobbled) twice. I'm not even black and I can see that stuff. Himself. Mosley was never a popular fighter. He didn't have the charm or personality to make himself a household name. What you're saying makes no sense cause Mayweather is the biggest PPV star.
