Those 15,000 extra fans for the clottey fight were prob just football fans going because its was a fight in a there fav teams stadium

I went to both fights and I can tell you the difference was the lack of filipinos that came out for the Clottey fight. I talked to several and most had either flew from the filipines or were coming from different parts of the country to see the fight. This time...for some reason there were hardly any of them. Also people fail to realize that while texas has a huge mexican population.....most of that is in South/South East Texas...ala San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Houston, etc.

Nobody really wanted the fight. What had Margarito done in the last 2 years to get a fight with Pacquiao who is at worst the 2nd best fighter in the world right now. The last time people saw Margarito fight he was getting owned by Mosley. Before Arum shoved it down peoples throats nobody asked for it.
