No, Hatton was the man at 140. He was established, he may or may not have been on the down slope of a career that, due to his style, had a very short shelf life, he was still the man at the weight - same as Baldomir.

And yeah, I skipped light weight - why? Because Pac virtually did too. Before you go taking me literally I said virtually. If I offended you, I may have taken something you said wrong - I was expecting a fight when I wrote this so I came in with a bit of a chip on my should. My apologies.

And Marg is relevant - not so much as he used to be but I, personally, thought he stood a great chance at beating Pacquiao and for a brief second it looked like he might.

If your going to say Hatton and Baldomir were similar situations, I'll just let that go. As for lightweight, he did fight one guy at the weight, and it wasn't the best fighter at the weight. Without a doubt, that would be Nate Campbell. Had Mayweather done something similar, it would be a never forgotten crime against humanity, but I digress.

And Marg wasn't relevant. Ever since Naazim made him re-wrap in the dressing room, he hasn't been. But he's certainly not a cheater though. At 147, Bradley, Berto, even Mosley after a Mayweather loss would had been a more legit fight than Marg was. Not saying I think they would had won, but it would had been more legitimate fight. Don't have enough time to mention the 154 pounders who are better than Marg, but to be fair, Pac shouldn't be facing guys like that anyways.
