Technically "NO". After Floyd beat Shane Mosley he said in the
ring for everyone to hear, that there are no longer cut off dates
for the random testing. Pac agreed to something that wasn't on
the table anymore. That's hardly them accepting Floyd's terms
or else there would either be a fight OR we would see who really
has the balls. Pac never pushed the envelope so how do we know
Floyd won't fight him? Pac has to accept to the terms to prove
that Floyd don't want none if that is the case because I am not
believing Floyd is scared to fight Manny, when Manny didn't want
to accept the 14 day cut off when that is all it took to make the
fight happen.

A good fight for Pac would be Sergio Martinez. You can't say he's too big for Pac because Pac just fought Margo who weighed almost 20 lbs more than him.

BUT WAIT...The problem is that Sergio Martinez is on a roll. He has speed and almost took out Paul Williams. He's not coming off some bad losses and looks to be a young and thorough. Not the type of fighter Pac wants to fight.

Why are we chasing our tails here on testing or no testing before this fight will ever take place? Admit it guys, this is all about money. The whole boxing community doesn't require such a thing. If you wanted to change something, don't blame the law. You go write to your congressman to change the law. 14 days, 10 days, 5 days window? WTF ! who cares ! Why the sudden urge to implement some mediocre test requirements just to get a leverage? Why make a big deal about it?
